Terms of use

Last updated October 2, 2026

These terms cover golfmerica.com and the GolfMerica connector for AI assistants, both operated by CASPO LLC. Using either means you accept them.

What GolfMerica is

GolfMerica offers general information about the mental side of golf: audio resets, a pressure profile, articles, and gift ideas. It is not medical, psychological or professional coaching advice.

The connector

The connector is free and read-only. Do not use it in a way that disrupts the service, such as automated high-volume requests. We may rate limit, change or withdraw it at any time.

Gift ideas and links

Gift suggestions show a budget band, not a price. Prices, stock and product details are set by the retailer and can change. Purchases are between you and the retailer. GolfMerica may earn a commission on purchases made through its gift pages.

Content

The GolfMerica name, audio, writing and assessment belong to CASPO LLC. You may use them for your own golf. Do not copy or resell them.

No warranty

GolfMerica is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
